Hi, I’m Joe!

Talking to me will probably feel like talking to a good friend. I wont judge or micromanage you, or make you feel less than in any way... I help you see your strengths and gently encourage you to take them further, chipping away at the "bad stuff" little by little at a pace that works for you.

I won't use fancy words that sound intellectual but don't really mean anything. I'll tell it to you like it is- but always mixed with a large dose of genuine kindness and caring. Then we'll take it from there to make life better....

I have years of experience in a variety of settings, including as a grief counselor in hospice care. I actually found that quite rewarding in that people are often incredibly motivated to key into what's most important in life, when dealing with terminal illness close up.  Dealing with life and death challenges keeps me real…

One thing that grief work highlighted is the importance of living life to its fullest, focusing on the positive and repairing relationships and mental health blocks before it's too late. I want to help you feel peaceful, calm and focused in your everyday life- waking up each morning with a smile, instead of a sense of panic or dread.

I work with all ages, including children (it keeps me young lol). I never use one size fit all approaches because everyone’s backstory is unique. My approach is always positive and strength based. You got this! (you just need a little help…)

In my free time I enjoy family, friends and traveling.

I can’t wait for you to look back after some work together and say to yourself ,

“Wow, I feel really good about this version of me…”
